I was very discouraged when I was asked to sign up for identity IQ. They for some reason told me RCA couldn’t access all three bureaus to view my report to get started, and that I had to call IDENTITY IQ to see what the problem is. So I put off calling out of business and frustration. Because I’m a firm believer in the saying “what am I paying you for “ yall do it!

Well that ain’t get me far at all! So RCA kept reaching out. I was like ok let me call (mind you it’s been a month) to get this problem resolved. They found the problem immediately!

Whole time RCA was working on the two bureaus that they could access. And when I say my credit scores was sooo shocking to me! I’m never being stubborn again I really appreciate
