For anyone wondering what life feels like a month after joining RGS. I have landed THREE roles in exactly a month. If you're someone who is willing to learn, adapt, and reinvent yourself to get to that next level. RGS can definitely help you get there. They don't hand hold you, but if you seek help. they will give it to you.
