Put your hand on your chest + say out loud:
“I am safe right now.”
Repeat 6x slowly.
Comment: “Done.”

DAY 2: The Chaos → Calm Breath
4 seconds inhale
6 seconds exhale
Do 10 rounds.
Comment: “Reset.”

DAY 3: Name the Sensation
Instead of “I’m anxious” → say
“My chest is tight”
“My throat feels warm”
“My stomach is buzzing”
This teaches your brain accuracy over panic.
Comment: “Named it.”

DAY 4: Little-Me Check-In
Ask:
What does little me need today?
Whatever you hear — honor it.
Comment: “Checked in.”

DAY 5: The 3-Second Rule
When your emotions spike, pause 3 seconds.
That pause rewires your survival response.
Comment: “Paused.”

DAY 6: Boundary Rehearsal
Practice saying:
“That doesn’t work for me.”
Aloud.
At least 3 times.
Comment: “Practiced.”

DAY 7: The Rewired Ritual
Tonight, do this:
- Hands on chest
- Big sigh out
- Whisper: “I’m becoming someone new.”
Comment: “Rewired.”
