I was wondering what your thoughts are on asking for their name + email + cell number to get the "full report?"

I know that asking for only the email it's a smaller ask but if we are speaking at an event and there is a team of people from a plumbing company and when we go to call them back - who are we going to ask for to speak with to know who it was that pulled the report?

Can we add something simple such as:

In order to get your personalized report sent to you right away, please add your First Name, email, and cell number.
