This is a decree that I like to say daily. It is using the power of the Violet Flame of St. Germaine to purify you aura/energy and raise your energy. The imagine is a great picture showing your earthly self and your Divine/Higher Self (in higher dimensions) that you can invoke and ask for assistance and guidance .
Try it and do this visualization and come back and let me know how it is for you.
The more you do meditation, energy work and intentionally focus, the more you will become sensitive to feeling energy and working with it more consciously.
