I was experimenting with AI music recently…and unexpectedly, this song captured something I think many Restarting Beginners and Restarting Adults (40+ to 65) quietly feel inside.
What most seniors felt today.....
Not fear of technology itself.
But the fear of:
• falling behind,
• asking “basic” questions,
• starting over again,
• and wondering if it is too late to learn something new.
Many adults are not unwilling to learn.
Sometimes they are afraid of feeling embarrassed,
slow, or left behind in a world that is moving too fast.
