Can I share something with you?
We live in the most connected time in history.
We can message anyone within seconds. Join communities from anywhere in the world. Follow thousands of people online.
Yet many adults still quietly struggle with loneliness.
I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and it inspired me to write this week's Digital Restart Journey reflection.
**Finding Community in a Connected World**
It's not about getting more followers or collecting more contacts.
It's about finding the people who make you feel accepted, understood, and that you truly belong.
If you've ever felt lonely despite being surrounded by people, or you're trying to rebuild your social circle during a new season of life, I hope this reflection encourages you.
I'd love for you to read it here:
As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts after you've read it.
Have a wonderful day.
