Responder Sobriety Support is a peer-led community for first responders navigating sobriety or rethinking alcohol. You won’t have to explain the job—everyone here gets it. It’s responder-only, so you don’t have to worry about being in a space with someone you arrested, treated, or encountered on a call.
Each week includes structured group sessions focused on real challenges like post-shift decompression, sleep, triggers, relationships, and identity outside the uniform. Conversations are practical, honest, and grounded in shared experience—not lectures or therapy.
Inside the community, you’ll find daily check-ins, wins, and real conversations about hard days, plus short, actionable tools you can use after a shift and optional challenges to stay on track.
This is not therapy or crisis care. It’s a consistent, culturally aligned support system to help you stay steady—on shift and off.
