Today’s Reset:
• What is one thing you can let go of from last week?
• What is one small win you had (even if no one else saw it)?
• What is ONE priority for this week — not ten, just one.
You don’t have to fix everything overnight. Progress is built in small, consistent steps, not pressure.
Reset Actions (5–10 minutes):
• Drink water
• Tidy one small space
• Write 3 priorities
• Step outside or stretch
• Give yourself credit for something
This community is not about perfection.
It’s about rebuilding stability, confidence, and self-trust one decision at a time.
