Door knocking

Hi all,

Posting cards today and thought I would take the jump and knock my first door - was a bit of a mess if I'm honest. Tried to get out something along the lines of 'I notice you are currently on the market. Hows it going? here is my card if you need any help or advice' God knows how it came out but it didn't sound good to me.

How do you all get on with it and any advice very much appreciated. (do you keep it brief, whats is your go to line etc..)
