Mid Term Rental Arbitrage?
I turned my 51st rental arbitrage into a mid term rental. Studio with pool and one block to the beach. Studios typically do not book as well as 1 BDRMs but are great to scale quickly because of cost and ease of setup. Pullout sofa and king bed are key. And beach cruisers for this one. The TV swivels to face the LR and bed.
