How to Turn $1,250 Into $2,200/Month—Then Repeat
My total investment in this rental was only $1,250 ($950 furniture rental + $300 deposit + $0 first month's rent). It profits $2,200 per month, and I have 7 in the building.
1. Find markets where rent is a third of what hosts are earning.
2. Where there are three types of travelers - work, business, vacation.
3. Then find apartment buildings with 15%+ vacancy rate (to get at least 4 weeks rent concessions)
