TurboTenant et al - do they have pre-made tenancy agreements for rent-by-room arrangements?
Hey folks,
I’m making offers for my next rent-by-room place, and want to start weaning myself off PadSplit and give a greater cut of the action to my PM as they do a great job.
Does TurboTenant or similar offer pre-made rental agreements for rent-by-room properties, specifically for Texas? I want to move to a month-to-month model with payments every 1-2 weeks, as I think that this payment model from PadSplit is actually a good idea. I will set up the month-to-month model to provide incentive for longer stays, with the longer the duration, the greater the rebate (so I can keep the rent amount higher).
Any insight and help is greatly appreciated here!
