The 60 day challenge was extremely helpful and the community very supportive. Almost every day the posts required us to dig deep emotionally. It was hard some days, but worth it to get awareness and clarity. Highly recommend!

The RC has been pivotal in gaining & practicing the knowledge we learn about ourselves & our adult child(ren) in estrangement, & for some, finding the way back to each other The daily challenges make you think about how you look at yourself & your adult child(ren) & it can transform your thinking & nervous system to a better you, with greater understanding, compassion & empathy for both yourself & your AC for what you did not know before & what you know now.
