Today was a good day…

I am finally getting some consistency with my outreaches and my tracking. I have been putting my marketing out there consistently as well over the past few days, all while getting my listings and buyer work handled. I am also working on getting caught up through the first challenge since I fell behind…this way I can get ready for the next challenge starting soon. I am also learning to reorganize my day if things do not go as planned…if I do not get my non-negotiables in in the morning, I am making sure to transition that time into my afternoons and evenings, especially on those days where I do not have fieldwork in the afternoons; and, if I foresee that I may miss a day of outreaches, I have started doubling or tripling up another day to make up the difference…just in three days last week, I had 90/100 outreaches completed. This is my biggest accomplishment so far and I am starting to see it work. I have signed so many buy rep agreements over the past two weeks…it is very motivating!!
