🔓 Latest Flippa Deals Unlocked
There are currently 133 (the same as last week’s count) 7-figure deals on Flippa and I’ve come across 1 new listing since last week, which I was able to unlock with my Flippa Premium membership - get 3 months for free using this link and bypass NDA approval.
- 🛒 Ecommerce: Aftermarket Android head unit, on a brand domain of the manufacturer it sells. Apparently all marketing is just through organic SEO and it does rank for 600 keywords in the UK, but the domain has no authority and is only bringing in 300 hits a month according to Ahrefs. I guess you could look at that as massive upside potential to get it ranking well, by throwing a bunch of good links at it. Reddit comes up for the main product so could be a parasite play here if you’re able to get your link in! Comes with decent email subscriber list too (20K+) as well as a monetized Youtube channel. Asking price $1.2M from $35K/m profit giving a 2.8x multiple. Listing URL
In terms for 6 figure deals, there are currently 612 (+15 on last week) listings on Flippa and looking like ~28 new ones from what I saw last week. I’ve picked two good ones to feature this week:
- 🌐 Content: Really interesting AI deal, I know the website having landed on it when googling what is in its domain name. It has a very cool story involving a recent acquisition I may have featured in this newsletter. DR60s ranking for 20K+ keywords bringing in over 50K/m traffic according to Ahrefs. Owner has created digital products which have apparently sold well, and it sells guest posts. Site is converting traffic into 3K newsletter subscribers a month. It’s generating $4K/m profit, the ask is a 5.1x multiple at $270K. This is obviously high based on revenue/profit but it’s under monetized. There is no advertising (that I can see) currently on the site, adding it could be a big win and bring the effective multiple way down. But it could also negatively affect site speed and SEO. There is also no mention of affiliate in the listing, so again could be a lot of upside adding the 10 top AI affiliate programs - you’re welcome Customgpt.ai for that anchor (not this business but similar). - 🛒 Ecommerce: 5 year old baby/kids apparel store on Shopify with high conversion rate. The owner states revenue is from leveraging social media channels, but the site has decent SEO, ranking for 600+ keywords. It’s only bringing in 500 visits a month according to Ahrefs but it’s only in the DR10s, so there’s scope to give this a big boost. The top page is bringing in over 50% of search traffic for a 15K/m keyword where it’s not yet on page 1. You know what is on p1 though? Hint: it starts with Red… $699K asking price from $25K/m profit (2.4x multiple). Listing URL
