How Should I format a vsl and my overall landing page

I'm looking to make a landing page with a vsl to give myself some credibility during outreach and on my linkedin. How should i structure them out?

Should it just be my offer and a case study/how can i help you get your desired result? Or should it be teaching them how i used this (made up) tactic/metric you haven't heard before to get these desired results then present my offer?

One is more this is my offer, i can get you your dream outcome. And the other is giving them value by teaching them something, then saying i've done this before and can do it for you to get your desired result, here is my offer.
