Safe space
This community is definitely an amazing place.
It is a comforting container of space to be held for us with loads of informative meditations, topped with a sprinkle of humor and lightheartedness.
Last go-round my competitive side was activated and I was more preoccupied with the leaderboard.
It’s tends to be my favorite distraction.
Why bother do my own work when I can make every attempt to be there for others, whilst also climbing a leaderboard..
I’m the best at being there for everyone else, excluding myself.
I feel like this time I need to take a vow of silence and do the damn work..
Being given another shot to tap in really see what this noggin and soul can do is an amazing gift!
