was thinking about how much time agents (myself included) waste following up with people who were never serious in the first place. So I set up a lil automation...
Here’s what it looks like:
➡️ Lead comes in (instantly cold emails)
➡️ Instant message goes out (email or SMS from GPT API) asking a few simple questions like:
"Hey! Just curious—are you buying, selling, or just browsing right now?"
➡️ Based on the answers, they get:
- A calendar link if they’re serious or a little follow-up (Calendly)
Takes maybe 20 minutes to set up and has already saved me from dozens of back-and-forths 🙃
