A lot of you said Health #1 was your lowest score in the 12 Life Areas assessment… and I’m not surprised. (it's one of my lowest scores, too)
Most people are trying to push through life while completely disconnected from their body.
Running on stress.
Running on survival mode.
Running on caffeine, overthinking, and “I’ll rest later.”
And after a while, your body starts speaking louder.

✨ feeling emotionally shut down
✨ feeling disconnected from yourself
Your body isn’t working against you.
It’s communicating.
The problem is… most of us were never taught how to listen until things start falling apart.
So this week, instead of trying to overhaul your entire life, try this:
🌙 Pause for 30 seconds today.
Put your hand on your body.
Take one deep breath.
And ask:
“What do you need from me right now?”
Not what your job needs.
Not what everyone else needs.
➡️ YOU. ⬅️
No fixing. No pressure. Just awareness.
Because healing usually starts long before the big breakthrough moments.
It starts in the tiny moments where you stop abandoning yourself.
