Before She Found Herself is a space for women reconnecting with the self underneath survival.
For the woman exhausted by over-carrying, emotional bracing, self-abandonment, and adaptation.
This work explores the patterns, identities, and nervous system responses that formed through survival and slowly became selfhood.
Through nervous system awareness, embodiment, emotional truth, and pattern recognition, women begin reconnecting with the parts of themselves that existed before protection became identity.
