Reformer Flow Collective is a learning community built around practical, adaptable Reformer work.
Inside, you’ll find monthly content designed to be used immediately and developed over time. Each month includes one structured Reformer Flow and one Playground Series proposal focused on games, task-based exercises, and exploration.
The goal is not to follow fixed sequences, but to understand the structure behind movement and learn how to adapt it to different bodies, contexts, and teaching situations.
Alongside the content, the community offers a shared space to reflect, ask questions, and learn from how others are applying the same material in real practice. Monthly live sessions support this process by connecting ideas and addressing common challenges as they arise.
This is not a finished system, but a framework you can grow with, test, refine, and make your own.
