I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend! I know most of you spent the time relaxing and recharging — don't forget to schedule your study sessions for the week. One to two hours can put you ahead.
A trick that works for me is habit stacking. For example, if I'm cooking or driving somewhere, I don't listen to music — I listen to a quick tutorial. Then when I have a moment to sit down and take notes, I break it down in a way that resonated with me while I was on the go and build on that.
