Welcome to Rediscovering You 🌷
Hello, and welcome. I’m so grateful you’re here. This is a safe space to heal, grow, and rediscover who you are a place where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself without judgment.
Let’s start by connecting with each other. If you feel comfortable, please share:
  1. Your name (or what you’d like to be called)
  2. Where you are in your journey right now
  3. One hope or intention you have for being part of this community
I’ll start: I’m Sylvia. My divorce was finalized January 30, 2024, and six months later, on July 13, 2024, I lost my father unexpectedly. Through that season of grief, loss, and starting over, I’ve been learning to trust myself again and slowly rediscover who I truly am.
Some days are hard, some are small victories, but even in the broken moments, there’s a chance to heal, grow, and reconnect with the person you’ve always been underneath it all. 💛
To begin, I’d love to hear from you: what brought you here, and what does “rediscovering you” mean for you at this moment in your life?
I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to walk this journey with each of you. You are not alone, and your story matters.
