I’ve known it for a long time, but science has finally backed that dancing is a mood booster. Sync your body and movements to the music and let the feel-good vibes flow.
Zumba is a favorite workout for this very reason, and Latin music always has such a fun rhythm. Yet, any dance workout with music to pump you up is a great way to get that exercise in and to uplift the spirits at the same time.
