This space is for:
• Slowing down instead of pushing harder
• Getting curious instead of judgmental
• Understanding yourself instead of trying to fix yourself
You’ll see conversations about real moments:
Standing in front of the fridge at night
Overthinking a menu
Feeling like you “messed it up” again
And instead of shame we’ll make those moments make sense.. You don’t need to be perfect to be here.
You just need to be willing to look inward, even a little.
