I stared on the courses and completed the following:
- Mississippi - researched laws
- Alabama - located tax sale website with state, located county list, laws, and GIS map
- South Carolina - called tax office at target counties (approx 7) and got next sale date, registration info, publishing date.
Can’t wait to learn how to do due diligence
