Experience: -Successfully managed payroll for over 600 employees on weekly and bi-weekly cycles including Multi-State payroll. -Played a key role in transitioning payroll systems from Paycom to ADP, including backend and frontend configurations. -Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes. -Assisted with workers’ compensation cases and designed employee appreciation materials for Spanish-speaking employees. -6 years of direct HR experience. -Processing new hires and terminations. -Scheduling and conducting interviews.

Software: ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Sage 50 Accounting, SAP, and Microsoft Office 365.

Salary Requirements: $80k +-
