How It Works
  1. Open Your Daily Prompt Each day, you’ll find a short journal prompt in your course folder. These prompts are designed to help you explore your emotions, beliefs, and patterns — one layer at a time.
  2. Journal Freely — Your Words Matter. Take a few quiet minutes to write whatever comes up for you. There are no right or wrong answers. You can do this in a notebook, in a notes app, or directly in ChatGPT if you prefer digital reflection.
  3. Integrate with AI After journaling, open ChatGPT (or the built-in AI tool linked in your course) and type:
“Help me expand on what I wrote and reflect deeper on this.” Or“ Can you help me turn my reflection into an affirmation or mindset shift?”
The AI will act as a calm, insightful mirror — helping you see your words from a new angle, uncover lessons, and create affirmations that truly resonate.
  1. Anchor the Insight- Each prompt includes a short somatic or spiritual practice — something you can feel in your body.It might be a breathwork step, grounding exercise, or simple daily intention. This helps rewire your nervous system so your new beliefs feel safe to embody.
  2. Reflect and Connect-You’re welcome to share your reflections (as much or as little as you wish) in the community feed. This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being real, supported, and seen.
