Random thought on change versus anchors over time that I've noted
When i was an older kid and pre-teen, i would get matching Christmas presents with my step sister. The only difference would be that mine would be in a green and blue color scheme and hers would be in a pink and purple scheme. We would ALWAYS swap them to match our preferences, which never seemed to be internalized by others. I am really happy to honor my inner child and the preferences that seem to have subconsciously stuck with me all this time! Shedding the minimal boring sad beige none sense (in my humble opinion) and embracing my life of color and self expression. Saying screw you to feeling ashamed for being feminine and feeling correct in my flowy fabrics and re-embracing ruffles. And there is nothing wrong with a little blue/green, but oh goodness do i love me some pink and purple.
This lighting is crap but you get the idea...
