Let me tell you something that most coaches won't say out loud: I didn't arrive at this work because I had it all figured out. I arrived here because I had it all fall apart — more than once — and somehow found my way back to myself every single time.
My name is Jacqueline, and I am the founder of Recalibrate.
I've spent the better part of my adult life in corporate America. I've worked at companies like New Balance, Upserve, Salsify, and Cisco. I've managed teams. I've tripled my income. I've sat across the table from some of the most driven, high-performing, high-net-worth people in the country — and learned, up close, what makes someone genuinely alive versus just successfully busy.
But before any of that looked impressive on paper, I was doing what most of us do: running. Running toward the next title, the next salary, the next thing that would finally make me feel like enough. And for a long time, I was also running away — from financial wreckage, from emotional free-fall, from a version of myself I didn't fully understand or trust.
Twelve years of therapy changed that. Not because therapy fixed me, but because it taught me to sit with myself long enough to actually meet myself. Over a decade of fitness and nutrition coaching gave me the discipline of real accountability — the kind that only works when it comes from the inside. Meditation and yoga teacher training taught me the value of slowing down and taking things back to the ground level- the self. And twenty years of quietly helping people around me — with their resumes, their salary negotiations, their career pivots, their hardest conversations — showed me that this was never just a hobby. It was a calling I hadn't named yet.
I named it Recalibrate.
The work I do is not therapy. It is not generic life coaching with vision boards and affirmations. It is a deep, honest, sometimes uncomfortable partnership with one goal: to help you develop a real relationship with yourself — so that every other area of your life responds accordingly.
I am drawn to a certain kind of person. You probably look fine from the outside. You're smart, capable, maybe even successful. But there's a gap — between who you are and who you know you could be, between how your life looks and how it feels. You've tried to close that gap with productivity, achievement, relationships, substances, and avoidance. And none of it has fully worked, because none of it was the thing.
The thing is you.
My thing is being a person in service to other people's inner lives, operating from a place of earned wisdom, radical honesty, and genuine care. No flinching. No flattering. Just the truth, delivered with precision and warmth.
That's what I'm here to offer.
The cost of not doing this work is not staying stuck. The cost is not living. We get one swing at this life — and you deserve to take yours from a place of knowing exactly who you are.
I'm glad you're here. Let's get to work.
