If today feels big, busy, loud, emotional, or all of the above… breathe with me for a moment.🫶🦃 Holidays can be joyful and overwhelming. Nourishing and draining. Connected and complicated. So here’s your permission slip — and a few grounding reminders from me to you: 🥘 1. Eat what feels good to your body and your heart. There’s no “good” or “bad” today. There’s just listening. Savoring. Enjoying.Your body will not fall apart because of one holiday meal — I promise. 💛 2. You’re allowed to rest. If you need to step outside, sit in the car for a minute, hide in the bathroom, or take a walk — do it.Your nervous system will thank you. 🤎 3. Crazy family energy? You don’t have to absorb it. Imagine a warm golden bubble around your body. What’s theirs stays theirs. What’s yours stays yours. You are allowed to stay grounded even if someone else is spiraling. 🕯️ 4. You don’t have to be “on” all day. Quiet is welcome.Softness is welcome.Gentle is welcome. You don’t have to entertain, perform, or prove anything. 🌿 5. Gratitude isn’t a performance. It’s not about having a perfect mindset —it’s about noticing one small good thing:a laugh, a warm plate, a soft blanket, a child’s smile, a moment of peace. 💬 6. And if today feels hard… that’s okay too. You haven’t failed the holiday. You’re human. You’re healing.Your heart is learning new ways to be. 🧡 I’m grateful for you. Truly. For your presence in this community, your openness, your stories, your growth, your courage, your softness.Being part of your journey is one of the things I’m most thankful for this year. If today brings up anything for you — emotions, realizations, old patterns — you can share here, or message me.You’re not alone. Happy Thanksgiving, beautiful friends. 🧡🦃✨
