Dealer Cheating/Error worked in my favor
I will start this by saying my opponent and dealer did not have this set up or planned but it definitely wasn't fun to hear about.
Situation
$100-200 15 Game mix at MGM:NH
We're playing big o which plays different
50 small blind
50 big blind + 50 dead BB ante
$1200 cap per player
heads up to river
I had the ace of spades ♠️
Board was 3 spades ♠️, and didn't have a low
I had the "nut blocker"
Ben-dugi, who was tilted and stuck but views me as a tight player, led for $150
I waited about 10 seconds and tossed $400 into the pot, 4 black chips
Ben-dugi goes in the tank, and apparently the dealer was riffling the deck in a manner he could see the cards remaining in the stump
"I was hoping you were going to flash the ace of spades, because you flashed almost every other card!"
He was sitting in the 9 seat and I was in the 1 seat. I didn't notice until he said anything
it worked out in my favor
I showed the bluff and he was even more tilted
I know they weren't "working together" but showing cards and playing with the stump during a hand is nonsense and borderline cheating
Thoughts?
