Hi Everyone, thanks for a great session yesterday.
Per our homework slide - please think about and answer these questions in the thread below:
- What is your risk profile: low, medium or high?
- Who are your ideal potential tenants? - (age, income, etc.)
- What type of investor do you want to be? (passive, semi-passive, active)
- What are the characteristics of a city and location you'd want to invest in? (size, population growth, house prices, density, amenities, etc.)
