Upzoning a single-family to a duplex/triplex/fourplex
We spoke about upzoning in today's call. Has anyone added ADU's to their properties? Curious what the process was like. How long did it take to get an approval in your city?
In Toronto, you can now add up to 4 units plus a laneway/garden suite on most residential lots. But I'm not experienced with the application process and practically getting this done through the city. If anyone has experience in their cities, kindly share your story.
