Thank you for today guys!! So glad to be part of the first group of Realists!! Yay!

One topic for future coffee meet up or not sure if an expert panelist can talk about this subject- vetting and finding reliable contractors/trades! How did you choose your contractors?

I feel that since there is so much push about adding value to a property by adding units, this would be very helpful for those of us who have not worked with contractors before.

Unless this topic was covered and i missed it as I missed quite a number of classes…🤔
