Ontario Developers form a Coalition
Interesting read. Severe lack of coordination between the federal and municipal governments here in Ontario. Municipalities increase development charges because they need to fund infrastructure for new housing but now developers can't build because taxes are too high. What's going to give first?
I work for one of the developers in the coalition and can say we are not building more housing if the numbers don't make sense.
