Monthly book club for real estate books

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of adding a monthly BOOK CLUB feature to the Realist course.

Here's the format I've envisioned.

We assign a book and a club leader at the meeting
We all read the book that month
We get together to discuss the book one month later, and select another book & leader

Discussion would be formatted as follows:

5-10 minute presentation of key findings from that month's book club leader
30-60 minutes of structured discussion between Realist members (structure determined by the monthly leader)

Here are some of the books I'd want to first cover:

Does 1 book per month sound reasonable and achievable?

If we get enough interest, we will make it happen.
