Letter of opinion of value

Hi Realist community,

I'm looking for a realtor who can provide a letter of opinion of value for a property in Blue Mountain, Ontario. I need this for an estate planning process. Are there any realtors on here familiar with the blue mountain/Collingwood area?

One realtor ive spoken to about this told me they'd been advised against doing these types of letters, citing some law change from December 2023. Anyone have insight on this?
