DSCR: Interest Rate Sources for Mortgage Calculator

Hey everyone, quick question! When I’m trying to figure out the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), I start by using a mortgage calculator to determine the monthly payment. But how do I know what interest rate I should input into the calculator?

• Where do I get this information from?

• Is there a source or website you use?

• Do I make an educated guess, or is there a benchmark or tool I should be referencing?
