I'll be running a construction call this Friday, which may become a regular weekly call if the demand is high enough.

Technical Construction Discussion

This call will be an ideal place to for anyone contemplating buying land to build new units, buying single family to finish basement suites, or adding laneway homes, or buying rundown properties that need renovations.
