What is going on in your world (real estate or not!)?

I'll go first! Real estate wise, we have a big closing Monday that got delayed, a buyer backed out of another deal but we got our 2nd position person locked in instead (for less but it will still close), we were supposed to list a flip last week but are going to do another week of work on it instead. I am working on filming and creating courses this weekend and I am HATING the weather here in Ohio right now so it is taking everything I have not to fly to Florida hahaha....if it weren't for my cute grandson's 1st bday next week, I'd be outta here!
