Analyzing Deals for success
Hi Tammy! On our last call, you asked how many deals we are analyzing a day. I hesitated because I was thinking underwriting. I only fully underwrite a few a week. If you just mean going through properties and checking zips, rents and doing quick calculations, I’m probably around 20 a day. How many do you recommend I go through? Thank you!
