30 day LIVE Production Planning Starts Today!
What I really like about the Skool community is that it rewards community member engagement! In order for the LEARNin Local LIVE vision to be a reality, it will take the effort of many Subject Matter Experts here in this community!!
So with intention of rewarding the most involved Skool members, this is how we will determine which members will be involved in our flagship "Freedom Friday" LIVE show on a weekly basis.
Today is December 9th and 30 days from now will be the January 9th LIVE show.
1) STEP #1 - CONNECT the LIVE "Players" - (1-7 days)
30 days out, the LIVE production team led by will create a group LinkedIN thread for all the members to plan the upcoming event together as a group (FYI, Skool does not allow group texting).
Production team selection will be based on the Top 9 REIA members aka "9 LIVEs" who be given the opportunity to appear in the January 9th production with our Featured SME,
For January 9, 2026 the following SMEs will have production control over that LIVE show according to the attached screenshot of the 30 day Leaderboard:

*** Members can decline opportunity, then opportunity is then offered to another SME in the network.
2) STEP #2 >>> COLLABORATE (7-21 days)
A Google Slides slide deck will be created for every LIVE show for all members to work off.
SMEs will provide all their content, logos, promo material, etc to prior to the last week of production.

3) STEP #3 >>> CREATE (7 days)
Every confirmed member of the production will be HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend the "Lunch & LEARN" prep sessions held on the following template schedule
- Mondays - All INfluencers on the Friday LIVE appear to network and vibe
- Tuesday - INsights segment explained and practiced by Co-Hosts
- Wednesday - DEALs segment explained and practiced practiced by Co-Hosts
- Thursday - EVENTs segment explained and practiced practiced by Co-Hosts
- Friday - 30 min prep right before the show
This systematic 30 day approach to the LIVE production planning will make much easier to producer and LIVE shows.
