- Name & Location: Ben Yim — SoCal/Los Angeles, CA
- What best describes me: Business owner, real estate CPA, tax strategist, and a real estate investor
- What I'm building here: A genuine community where everyday people get access to the same
- strategies wealthy investors use and growth wealth tax-efficiently (also make smart investing decisions!)
- My biggest focus right now: Helping my clients financially prosper and adding value by educating people on how to legally use real estate to cut taxes and build long-term wealth — one strategy at a time.
- Fun fact: Born in South Korea, moved to the US at 12, big foodie, soon to be married 🎉, personally working toward 100 real estate units — and I lived with Brad Pitt's cousin for a year 😄
