I just created my first A.I. Agent for cold calling real estate leads using the following tools:

✅-Cal (Booking Appointment Software)
✅DealMachine (List Pulling & Free Skip Tracing)
What’s the cost? I am currently on a 14-Day free trial with N8N, Retell A.I. is free forever with pay as you go features for making phone calls so it averages out to $10/Day for 300 calls or $300/MO. to reach 6000 prospects. And Google Sheets and Cal are FREE FOREVER. Along with Deal Machine comes out to about $460/MO.
With my old system I was spending over $1500/MO. Now I’m saving $1040/MO. I think it might become a thing to start selling A.I. Agents………….
