Hi Everyone. I'm Benjamin from Greater London. New to this community but I've been into real estate for over 20 years (10+ deals).
Favorite exit strategy... two actually, I buy and hold when the the speculated property value has a good appreciation value, otherwise its a fix and flip.
Over the last few years I moved into buying property rights, you might already know this as REITs. Well I actually want to connect with others, learn more, share insights and grow.
