Introduction
Hello Team
My apologies for my delay, life happened. So I've been in the R.E Game for the past 13yrs primarily on retail side of things, also a Licensed Appraiser Trainee. I primarily buy and hold my properties, so I would say BRRR is favorite strategy. This August I successfully finished my first new construction project and I'm looking to complete more in the future. I look forward to meet new people and organically grow and learn new things. Thanks Rob for the opportunity.
