Anyone have a deal that needs capital currently?
I have an accredited investor who I won't be having invest in my current deal... They want to place $50k pretty soon.
I am meeting with them this weekend and will understand more of what they're looking for in a deal. Let me know if you have a deal you'd like for them to see... But make it convincing. ;)
