What’s up y’all! Pumped to be apart of the group! Here is a little bit about me:
I am the Founder & CEO of High Country Capital Partners. The opportunity of investing in multifamily was made known to me in my late teens as I watched my cousin Tyler Deveraux acquire apartments on the east coast. I realized the financial freedom it provided to Tyler and his investors, and was instantly hooked!
Tyler personally moved me to the Island of Maui, Hawaii in October 2020 where he taught and mentored me Into the multifamily business. I credit a huge part of my success to the knowledge I received from Tyler’s personal mentorship and education program.
Today, I have has bought 497 apartment units, with values north of $57 Million.
I became an entrepreneur at a very young age. I started a yard care business at the age of 10 that flourished in my community, employing many of my friends for 9 years, and later successfully sold and exited the business.
Outside of work I enjoy anything in the outdoors – mainly hunting but also love four wheeling and riding dirt bikes, snowboarding, fishing, and boating. I live in Salem, Utah building my dream life, and helping the people around me do the same.
